What you will do

• Grow the institutional OTC business globally and execute strategic growth plans for the US region.
• Collaborate with internal teams to bring new derivatives products to market based on customer feedback.
• Expand liquidity provision business by building relationships with high-profile crypto projects and VCs.
• Develop partnerships with key infrastructure providers, including exchanges, custodians, and lenders.
• Optimize the business development process using CRM and targeted campaigns.
• Identify new cooperation opportunities by monitoring the crypto ecosystem and key industry launches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of FICC sales experience working with institutional counterparties.
• Proven experience with spot and derivatives OTC products, specifically options.
• Background in business development, partnerships, or investment banking.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering business results and meeting quotas.
• Must be eligible to work in the US; no visa sponsorship is provided.
• BSc/MSc in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

• Deep knowledge of trading or the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
