What you will do

• Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships with top banks, financial market infrastructures, and asset managers.
• Lead the development and expansion of strategic relationships within targeted accounts.
• Manage relationships with financial and capital markets institutions to achieve business objectives.
• Influence the product roadmap by aligning customer feedback with business priorities and strategic goals.
• Act as hirify.global' ambassador at industry conferences, client events, and high-visibility forums.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients in highly regulated industries.

Requirements

• Deep expertise working with market infrastructures, asset managers, and commercial banks.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
• Strong experience negotiating complex commercial and contractual framework agreements.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of building initiatives from the ground up.
• Deep knowledge of digital asset initiatives, including blockchain integration and tokenization.
