Location: All roles are global and remote-based. Candidates are asked to overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

What you will do

• Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships with top banks, financial market infrastructures (FMIs), and asset managers.
• Implement programs to expand strategic relationships within targeted accounts, ensuring long-term engagement and collaboration.
• Take ownership of key account management for financial institutions and capital markets to meet business objectives.
• Influence hirify.global' product roadmap by aligning customer feedback with business priorities and strategic goals.
• Act as hirify.global' ambassador at industry conferences, client events, and other high-visibility forums.
• Drive the adoption of blockchain technology for real-world asset (RWA) initiatives.

Requirements

• Deep expertise working with market infrastructures, asset managers, and commercial banks.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives with confidence.
• Strong experience negotiating complex commercial and contractual framework agreements.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to build something from the ground up.
• Deep knowledge of digital asset initiatives, including blockchain integration and tokenization.
