What you will do

• Drive growth of institutional OTC and derivatives business across key client segments.
• Develop and execute regional strategies for client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Partner with trading, product, and operations teams to commercialize new trading solutions.
• Build and deepen relationships with institutional counterparties including hedge funds, family offices, and exchanges.
• Identify strategic partnership and market expansion opportunities within the digital asset landscape.
• Maintain active dialogue with clients to gather market intelligence and product feedback.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the UK or US (US visa sponsorship is not available).
• Proven track record in institutional sales, business development, or capital markets coverage.
• Strong knowledge of OTC markets, derivatives products, and institutional trading workflows.
• Experience within high-performance trading, capital markets, or financial infrastructure environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage sophisticated institutional counterparties.
• Deep understanding of market structure, liquidity, and trading products.

Nice to have

• Experience selling structured derivatives-based hedging and risk transfer solutions.
• Background in FICC Sales, Prime Brokerage, or Equity Derivatives.
• Familiarity with API/FIX connectivity and electronic trading infrastructure.
• Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
