Location: Hybrid in New York. Must be eligible to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available for the US office.

What you will do
- Grow institutional OTC business globally by developing and executing strategic growth plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to bring new derivatives products to market based on customer feedback.
- Build and deepen relationships with high-profile crypto projects, local VCs, and ecosystem players.
- Manage and expand partnerships with exchanges, custodians, lenders, and infrastructure providers.
- Execute a structured business development process and improve operational efficiency via CRM.
- Monitor the crypto ecosystem to proactively identify new cooperation and business opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in both traditional financial services (TradFi) and digital assets from high-performing teams.
- Proven experience with spot and derivatives OTC products, especially options.
- Background in business development, partnerships, or counterparty-facing B2B roles (e.g., investment banking).
- Demonstrated track record of delivering business results and achieving quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for educating counterparties.
- BSc/MSc in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related degree.

- Existing trading or cryptocurrency knowledge.
- Aptitude and curiosity to understand algorithmic trading and liquidity provision.
