What you will do

  • Drive growth of institutional OTC and derivatives business across key client segments.
  • Develop and execute regional business development strategies for client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Partner with trading, product, and operations teams to commercialize new products and trading solutions.
  • Build and deepen relationships with institutional counterparties including hedge funds, asset managers, and family offices.
  • Identify strategic partnership and market expansion opportunities within the digital asset landscape.
  • Maintain active dialogue with clients to gather market intelligence and product feedback.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the US (for New York applicants) or UK (for London applicants).
  • Experience in institutional financial services, capital markets, or high-performance trading environments.
  • Strong knowledge of OTC markets, derivatives products, and institutional trading workflows.
  • Proven track record in business development, institutional sales, or capital markets coverage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for engaging sophisticated counterparties.
  • Deep understanding of market structure, liquidity, and trading products.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling structured derivatives-based hedging and risk transfer solutions.
  • Background in FICC Sales, Prime Brokerage, Equity Derivatives, or FX Options.
  • Familiarity with API/FIX connectivity and electronic trading infrastructure.
  • Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
