What you will do

  • Spend 70% of time on-site conducting sales calls to existing hirify.global Banking (JHA) clients and prospecting for new business with non-JHA core institutions under $2.75B in assets.
  • Own territory and account plan development to achieve annual sales objectives.
  • Handle administrative/account responsibilities including forecasting, opportunity management, product education, and client liaison during escalations.
  • Travel up to 70% to support customer meetings and sales activities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience selling in a financial services environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes to track success in the role.
  • Detail-oriented with solid analytical skills and ability to formulate strategies for complex problems.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% for the role.

Nice to have

  • 2- or 4-year degree (preferred, not required).
  • Familiarity with Gartner or Challenger Selling models, including proactive opportunity identification and qualification.
  • Ability to manage vertical and lateral working relationships to build sales-focused teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
