TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (Fintech): Managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts and broker partnerships for an employee purchase program with an accent on revenue growth, relationship management, and strategic planning. Focus on driving profitability, identifying upsell opportunities, and serving as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Atlanta, Georgia (Hybrid: 3 days in-office)

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a book of accounts to meet revenue and profitability targets.
  • Represent the company at the executive level to build and maintain strong client and broker relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic recommendations for account expansion and program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal departments to optimize the client experience.
  • Identify industry trends and potential risks to proactively manage account health.
  • Oversee training programs and document processes related to client management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of account management experience.
  • Experience managing employee benefit programs.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and Salesforce.
  • Ability to work in-office 3 days a week in Atlanta, GA.
  • Ability to travel up to 35% of the time.
