What you will do

• Provide evidence-based individual and group treatment to pediatric patients and their families.
• Utilize measurement-based care to inform and adjust treatment planning.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including coaches and psychiatrists.
• Facilitate CBT-based skills groups for patients and caregivers, integrating ACT and PMT.
• Provide feedback on program curricula and the application of technology in treatment delivery.
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation and manage risk.

Requirements

• Ph.D., PsyD, LCSW, or LPC with a Master's degree from an accredited program.
• Active Texas licensure appropriate to the clinical discipline.
• Strong background in treating children and adolescents with anxiety and related disorders.
• Experience and training in delivering evidence-based treatments (CBT, ACT, DBT).
• Proficiency with computer systems and openness to adopting new technologies.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with high trust.
