What you will do
- Perform objective mental health evaluations to assess symptomatology and functional impairment.
- Develop concise, professional evaluation summaries articulating clinical rationale and recommendations.
- Provide ethical treatment plan recommendations aligned with member needs and workplace considerations.
- Identify clinical trends to improve evaluation quality, consistency, and member experience.
- Maintain compliant clinical documentation while upholding privacy and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless member experience.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in good standing.
- Ability to work a full 40-hour work week.
- Telehealth competency and comfort with clinical technology.
- Excellent written communication skills for producing clinically defensible documentation.
- Commitment to impartiality, objectivity, and member-centered care.
Nice to have
- Clinical experience in disability, leave of absence, or occupational mental health.
- Willingness to obtain cross-licensure in additional states (sponsored by the company).
