What you will do

  • Perform objective mental health evaluations to assess symptomatology and functional impairment.
  • Develop concise, professional evaluation summaries articulating clinical rationale and recommendations.
  • Provide ethical treatment plan recommendations aligned with member needs and workplace considerations.
  • Identify clinical trends to improve evaluation quality, consistency, and member experience.
  • Maintain compliant clinical documentation while upholding privacy and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless member experience.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in good standing.
  • Ability to work a full 40-hour work week.
  • Telehealth competency and comfort with clinical technology.
  • Excellent written communication skills for producing clinically defensible documentation.
  • Commitment to impartiality, objectivity, and member-centered care.

Nice to have

  • Clinical experience in disability, leave of absence, or occupational mental health.
  • Willingness to obtain cross-licensure in additional states (sponsored by the company).
