What you will do

• Perform comprehensive feasibility assessments and evaluate study protocols across the site network.
• Analyze historical data, site metrics, and patient demographics to provide evidence-based site selection recommendations.
• Screen potential clinical research sites based on investigator expertise, geographic location, and study-specific criteria.
• Evaluate site capacity for patient recruitment, protocol adherence, and data quality standards.
• Analyze target patient populations within catchment areas to estimate recruitment timelines and mitigate challenges.
• Manage site-specific cost considerations, budget development, and local regulatory impact assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health care, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in site feasibility or study start-up at a clinical research multi-site organization.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial methodology and regulatory guidelines.
• Sound knowledge of medical terminology and ICH/GCP.
• Proficiency in FDA and HIPAA policies and practices.
