What you will do

• Plan and manage clinical projects, including timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate study start-up activities and ensure all required documentation is in place.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and provide updates to leadership and sponsors.
• Manage project resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and billing.
• Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines (GCP/ICH/FDA), and quality standards.
• Lead and support project teams, provide training, and manage project close-out activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
• Experience in clinical research or clinical development, preferably within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment.
• Background in project coordination or management of clinical trials.
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations.
• Proficiency with standard business and project management tools (e.g., Excel, Project).
• Must be based in Budapest, Hungary
