What you will do

• Define and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Review study protocols and partner with stakeholders to develop start-up documentation.
• Manage financial aspects of projects, including forecasting, billing, and revenue reporting.
• Lead and develop cross-functional project teams, providing coaching and performance management.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and collaborate with Quality Assurance on deviations and documentation.
• Oversee project closeout activities and the delivery of final reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a related healthcare field.
• 1–3 years of experience in clinical trials within a CRO or pharmaceutical research organization.
• Proven project management experience within clinical development or investigational medications.
• Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and FDA regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Access.
