Assistant Clinical Project Manager

What you will do

• Support Clinical Project Managers in drafting documentation and reviewing presentations.
• Participate in project meetings, training, and client calls.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure timely study milestones.
• Monitor data flow, task completion, and follow up on outstanding items.
• Communicate project status to clients and resolve issues.
• Adhere to SOPs, GCP, ICH, FDA guidelines, and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years in pharmaceutical drug development, clinical trials, or clinical research preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for hybrid model from San Jose, Costa Rica; travel 0–5%.
