What you will do

• Oversee study management and project delivery to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks across a portfolio of oncology studies.
• Lead escalation management to resolve complex internal and external study challenges.
• Mentor, coach, and develop project management staff to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
• Drive therapeutic area initiatives and process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Assess feasibility and resourcing for global projects in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of clinical trials experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical organization.
• Proven experience managing or leading clinical development projects for investigational medications.
• Strong knowledge of drug development processes, GCP/ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations.
• Demonstrated experience in oncology studies.
• Ability to travel approximately 20%.

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with medical imaging in clinical trials.
