What you will do

• Implement shortage reduction programs and asset protection initiatives across 5-10 assigned store locations.
• Conduct internal investigations regarding inventory, cash loss, and policy violations, including preparing detailed case reports.
• Perform routine physical security and operational audits focusing on stockroom organization, safety, and compliance.
• Monitor systems and utilize CCTV surveillance to identify and deter associate dishonesty and external theft.
• Facilitate supply chain investigations and monitor store transfers to optimize inventory accuracy.
• Maintain effective relationships with store leadership, mall security, and local law enforcement partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Los Angeles, California area
• 2+ years of experience in Asset Protection or loss prevention.
• Ability to work nights, evenings, and weekends as required by retail business needs.
• Must pass a comprehensive background investigation.
• Reliable means of transportation for routine travel to assigned store locations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for training and investigative liaison work.
