Close Protection Officer

Salary: $145,000 - $150,000

What you will do

• Provide close protection as a lead officer for senior executives.
• Develop and implement security and logistical plans for domestic and international travel.
• Conduct complex advance risk assessments and site analysis prior to executive arrival.
• Create and manage a Residential Security program.
• Coordinate with security drivers and liaise with law enforcement, venue security, and event planners.
• Develop crisis management protocols in partnership with GSO leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in law enforcement, military, or corporate security with executive-level experience.
• Must be based in or able to work from New York City, Philadelphia, or Los Angeles.
• Valid U.S. Passport and active driver's license.
• Current and active HR 218 certification and ability to be licensed to carry a firearm.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to meet company standards for background checks, reference checks, and drug testing.

Nice to have

• Close Protection certification from an accredited program.
• Tactical experience (SWAT, CQB, defensive tactics).
• EMT or BLS certification.
• Tactical/Evasive driver training certification.
• International and supervisory experience.
