What you will do

• Architect and evolve AWS infrastructure using Terraform with a focus on security and compliance.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions with integrated security scanning.
• Champion cloud security by identifying misconfigurations and partnering with the security team.
• Define and improve SRE practices, including SLOs, observability, and incident response.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance to the engineering team.
• Interface with executive leadership to communicate platform strategy and infrastructure investment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 10+ years of DevOps or SRE experience, with 5+ years operating production workloads in AWS.
• Deep expertise in Terraform and infrastructure-as-code security.
• Strong experience with GitHub Actions and automated security scanning.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash for automation.
• Experience with Linux administration, container management, and SRE practices.
• Ability to operate at a principal level, influencing architecture and mentoring teams.

Nice to have

• AWS Professional-level certifications.
• Experience with Jenkins.
• Windows Server and Windows container experience.
