What you will do

• Architect and build enterprise-scale CI/CD platforms and Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Develop Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, and AWS CDK.
• Design observability strategies and security integration patterns for multi-tenant environments.
• Provide technical guidance and DevOps mentorship to client engineering teams.
• Lead DevOps transformation workshops and incident response efforts.
• Optimize infrastructure for reliability, cost efficiency, and security compliance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps architecture and AWS infrastructure.
• Must be able to work EST hours with flexibility for other time zones.
• Expert proficiency in Kubernetes, EKS, and container orchestration.
• Strong experience with IaC tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash for automation and scripting.
• Experience facilitating technical discussions with senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Multi-cloud experience (Azure, GCP).
• Compliance framework expertise (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• FinOps practices and cost optimization expertise.
• Relevant certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA, Terraform Associate).
