What you will do

• Manage day-to-day availability, monitoring, and incident resolution for the Cloud Service to ensure SLAs are met.
• Perform initial triage and troubleshoot failed processes and instances in large-scale distributed systems.
• Evaluate and implement solutions for systematically identified problems and perform preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate within an Agile team to continuously improve processes and automation.
• Create and maintain thorough technical documentation for all operational work.
• Follow and implement organizational risk and compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA or Canada.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in operating systems and networking.
• Experience managing Azure or AWS environments, including VMs, load balancers, and storage buckets.
• Proficiency with Linux and Windows Server systems.
• Experience with Kubernetes and/or Docker.
• Scripting proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Terraform, or JavaScript.
