TL;DR

Director, Strategic Accounts (Purchasing Power): Lead B2B strategic account management for Purchasing Power, building partner business plans and driving client engagement, retention, and revenue growth with an accent on leadership of Strategic Account Managers, escalated client issue ownership, and process optimization using data and analytics. Focus on executing account management strategies aligned to business objectives, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying upselling opportunities across existing accounts.

Location: Atlanta, GA (hybrid; in-office presence 3 days a week)

hirify.global provides in-store and e-commerce lease-to-own solutions and operates Purchasing Power, an employee purchase program using payroll deduction.

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing account management team; set performance goals and provide coaching.
  • Support Strategic Account Managers in cultivating partnerships between Purchasing Power and assigned clients.
  • Optimize relationships with largest broker partners; act as primary point of contact for escalated client issues.
  • Develop and implement partner business plans and account plan strategies to drive engagement, retention, adoption, and revenue targets.
  • Implement process improvements and standard operating procedures for account management using data and analytics.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on account management strategy; track and report key performance metrics and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in account management, client/partner relationship building, retention, and growth.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote).
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and data analytics tools (Tableau).
  • Ability to work in-office 3 days a week and travel 35% of the time.
