TL;DR

Salary: $112,000 – $155,000 base salary (OTE: $148,960 – $206,150).

What you will do

  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships with strategic brand customers.
  • Lead renewal strategy, forecasting, and contract negotiations for a portfolio of clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer journey, health, and product adoption.
  • Coach and mentor Customer Success Managers on value-selling methodologies.
  • Identify and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Communicate progress of key initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a CSM/Account Director or 10+ years in customer-facing roles with 4 in CS.
  • Enterprise B2B SaaS experience with emphasis on Media Buying, Measurement, or Identity.
  • Proven experience managing accounts with $2M+ ARR or equivalent negotiation and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Experience drafting and delivering QBRs and executive summaries.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing 3-5 highly strategic accounts or 20+ accounts at $500k+ ARR.
  • Background in adtech/martech on either the Sales or Buy side.
  • Familiarity with Clean Room solutions and collaboration use cases.
  • Knowledge of financial metrics like NPV, IRR, and ROI.
