What you will do

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive enterprise growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, hire, and manage a high-performing enterprise sales team.
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts to secure high-value contracts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales leadership roles within the SaaS industry.
  • Must be located on the East Coast of the United States or Canada.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills for fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building relationships with C-level executives.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams.
