What you will do
- Own the marketing-led pipeline number by defining strategy, programs, and budget for predictable growth.
- Develop and operationalize the marketing funnel with clear goals, performance metrics, and reporting across lead and opportunity stages.
- Partner with Sales, BDR, and RevOps leadership on targets, pipeline forecasting, lead scoring, routing, and reporting.
- Set priorities, coach the team, and drive accountability for campaign quality, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
- Act as a player-coach by stepping in to model excellence and accelerate execution.
- Align messaging and campaigns with Corporate Marketing and Product Marketing across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience and 2+ years managing multi-function demand teams (Digital Demand Gen, ABM, and/or Field).
- Proven track record scaling integrated demand programs and driving measurable pipeline growth tied to revenue.
- Deep understanding of the full funnel from awareness to opportunity, including how to execute, measure, and optimize each stage.
- Analytical and data-fluent: comfortable interpreting pipeline metrics, Salesforce data, and ROI dashboards.
- Strategic operator and coach who can both set vision and roll up sleeves in a fast-moving environment.
- Collaborative, business-minded approach with strong alignment across GTM and executive stakeholders.
