What you will do

• Lead strategic responses for RFPs and new business pitches to differentiate the agency.
• Develop insight-led communications planning architectures across paid, owned, and earned ecosystems.
• Synthesize complex business problems into actionable creative and media briefs.
• Manage and mentor a team of strategic planners while fostering analytical thinking.
• Act as a lead stakeholder for the Kepler Intelligence Platform (Kip) to improve planning tech.
• Collaborate with Client Solutions to define high-level success metrics and campaign strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in full-funnel performance media planning, brand strategy, or communications planning.
• Proven track record in a high-pressure business development environment with a portfolio of won RFPs.
• Expertise in journey mapping and developing consumer-centric communications plans.
• Strong fluency in ad-tech and media planning tools such as GWI, NMI, YouGov, or eMarketer.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence senior client leadership.
• Must be based in or able to work from New York.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-driven media and privacy-focused planning.
• Background in agency-side strategic planning.
