What you will do

• Research education sectors and analyze market trends to identify new growth areas.
• Develop complex financial models for company projections, valuations, and return analysis.
• Lead financial due diligence for potential acquisition targets and impact investments.
• Source and evaluate early-stage EdTech investment opportunities for the impact fund.
• Prepare investment memos and presentation materials for senior management and the Board.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Strategy, Legal, and Technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or corporate development.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Extensive experience in financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to travel 3-5 times per year for business purposes.
