What you will do
- Research education sectors and analyze market trends to identify new growth areas.
- Develop complex financial models for company projections, valuations, and return analysis.
- Lead financial due diligence for potential acquisition targets and impact investments.
- Source and evaluate early-stage EdTech investment opportunities for the impact fund.
- Prepare investment memos and presentation materials for senior management and the Board.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Strategy, Legal, and Technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or corporate development.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Extensive experience in financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to travel 3-5 times per year for business purposes.
