What you will do

• Act as a strategic copilot to the CFO and senior leaders, translating performance and industry trends into narratives for the ELT and Board.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for the U.S. and Americas regions.
• Manage the FP&A integration of newly joined platform entities from Brazil, Puerto Rico, and Cayman.
• Deliver high-visibility financial reporting and materials for the Board and investors.
• Partner with IT and Data teams to deploy emerging FP&A tools and strengthen data architecture.
• Lead and mentor FP&A analysts and managers while collaborating with Controllership on close analytics.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of progressive Finance experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Consulting.
• Proven track record leading FP&A integrations, carve-outs, or multi-entity consolidations, preferably across international jurisdictions.
• Experience preparing board- and investor-facing financial materials.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills in multi-currency, multi-entity environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with enterprise planning and BI tools.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL, for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Direct exposure to Latin America, the Caribbean, or other international jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with ERP and finance transformation programs.
• Track record of improving reporting speed through automation initiatives.
