TV, Video, Audio & Display Strategist (TVAD): Plan and improve full-funnel TV, video, audio, and display programs to grow new customers, revenue, and LTV with an accent on incrementality/measurement design and cross-channel strategy. Focus on translating media learnings into decisions, running practical innovations, and scaling what works while keeping efficiency on track.

What you will do

  • Turn business goals into a clear TVAD plan across awareness, consideration, and performance, explaining options and trade-offs.
  • Lead day-to-day client TVAD strategy and execution; deliver growth-focused updates and QBRs tied to revenue, CAC, and LTV.
  • Pair TVAD craft (audience/data sources, inventory quality, frequency/overlap control, brand safety/attention) with multi-channel understanding.
  • Connect TVAD with Search, Social, Commerce/Retail Media, CRM, and Creative to amplify growth and codify playbooks.
  • Use DSP/ad platform capabilities responsibly (goal strategies, pacing, frequency, brand safety/verification), pilot safely, measure, then scale.
  • Design valid TVAD tests (geo/lift or holdout where feasible; otherwise powered A/B or time-series), define success thresholds, forecast impact and risk, and advocate for measurement/attribution.

Requirements

  • Location: USA (remote)
  • 5–7 years managing TV/video/audio/display at scale (CTV/OTT/Linear, online video, digital audio/podcasts, programmatic display) with end-to-end ownership, or 5–7 years in analytical roles with strong media analytics exposure.
  • Familiarity with DSPs/ad platforms, verification/IVT/viewability, audience/data usage, and frequency management; comfortable coordinating with publishers/PMPs/partners.
  • Experience with incrementality/lift and basic A/B testing, forecasting, and connecting media to revenue, CAC, LTV, and incremental reach/attention.
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets; SQL familiarity preferred; comfort with GA4 and platform analytics and clear documentation/communication.
  • Strong client-ready storytelling and expectation-setting; effective partner to Econometrics, Creative, channel teams, and Client Leadership.
