What you will do

• Deliver ad ops campaigns in the NAM region, covering quality control, trafficking, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure successful client implementations through reporting and dashboards.
• Provide first-line technical support for advertising troubleshooting and investigations across web and app sites.
• Contribute to business growth by testing new ad formats and programmatic advertising developments.
• Coordinate with geographically dispersed stakeholders to align operational workflows with business needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operating digital advertising products within a publisher or ad technology business.
• Advanced knowledge of the campaign management ecosystem, including Google Ad Manager, DV360, and SSPs.
• Experience with Ad Sales Order Management Systems and CRMs such as Salesforce or Mediacloud.
• Must be based in New York to support hybrid working arrangements.
• Strong collaborative approach and ability to coordinate with global stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience using Business Intelligence or AI (Copilot) tools for analysis and reporting.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Working knowledge of Javascript and HTML for technical troubleshooting.
