What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of six sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, including closing complex enterprise-level deals.
  • Manage regional pipeline, forecasting, and reporting to ensure consistent growth.
  • Drive customer retention, expansion, and net-new logo acquisition.
  • Provide consultative leadership on pricing strategies, negotiations, and value delivery.
  • Strengthen relationships with channel partners to increase regional market presence.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from the Mississauga office.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7–10 years of enterprise software sales experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in a sales leadership role managing high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record in value-based solution selling and enterprise account management.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Enterprise Endpoint and Mobility Management (EMM) solutions.
