What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of six sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, including closing complex enterprise-level deals.
- Manage regional pipeline, forecasting, and reporting to ensure consistent growth.
- Drive customer retention, expansion, and net-new logo acquisition.
- Provide consultative leadership on pricing strategies, negotiations, and value delivery.
- Strengthen relationships with channel partners to increase regional market presence.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from the Mississauga office.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 7–10 years of enterprise software sales experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a sales leadership role managing high-performing teams.
- Proven track record in value-based solution selling and enterprise account management.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Enterprise Endpoint and Mobility Management (EMM) solutions.
