What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of ~50 high-value global Enterprise accounts throughout the full customer lifecycle.
  • Lead complex renewal processes and negotiate commercial terms to maximize net revenue retention.
  • Drive product adoption and mitigate churn risk through strategic check-ins and executive business reviews.
  • Forecast renewal and expansion revenue accurately and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute quarterly account plans for prioritized strategic customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance to advocate for international customers.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
  • Must be based in Canada.
  • Proven track record of managing 50+ strategic accounts and leading complex commercial negotiations.
  • 2+ years of SaaS experience and proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Strong ability to build executive-level stakeholder relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing non-North American international customers.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales qualification frameworks.
  • Experience with channel partners and indirect sales models.
  • Experience in remote-first or distributed environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
