What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution and communication of complex projects across strategy, operations, analytics, and marketing.
• Translate strategic initiatives into actionable project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional work, ensuring alignment on goals, accountability, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain an SSC PM playbook and scalable project management processes to support growth.
• Manage reporting, issue resolution, and communication cadences to ensure stakeholder transparency.
• Prepare clear, concise presentations to communicate progress and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (preference in Business, Operations Management, Statistics, Economics, or Finance).
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience in complex environments with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Must be based in the US.
• PMP, ScrumMaster, or equivalent certification.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Wrike, Workfront, or Asana.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
