What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and custom metadata types.
• Build automation using Flows, declarative tools, and API integrations including Mulesoft.
• Participate in code reviews and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Copado and Gearset.
• Enhance Sales Cloud functionalities, including Lead/Opportunity lifecycle management and custom quote flows.
• Support Service Cloud features with a focus on Case Management and Omni-Channel Routing.
• Customize Experience Cloud portals with Lightning components and branded user experiences.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• Deep expertise across Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)
• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools including Apex, LWC, and SOQL
• Experience with automation tools and API integrations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and security standards
• Advanced English communication skills required

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Data Cloud and Agentforce
• Exposure to CTI integrations, Einstein Bots, and Service Console enhancements
