Salesforce Developer (SaaS): Building, maintaining, and improving Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions within a high-growth SaaS environment with an accent on platform configuration, system integration, and automation of Lead-to-Cash processes. Focus on developing Lightning components, optimizing system architecture, and implementing AI-driven CRM capabilities to ensure scalability and performance.

Location: Must be based in Canada (Toronto office available)

Salary: $64,000–$76,000 CAD (Ontario band)

What you will do

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions and system integrations.
  • Build and deploy SaaS integrations to automate end-to-end Lead-to-Cash processes.
  • Configure and enhance out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality including objects, flows, and permission sets.
  • Optimize system architecture and identify gaps to deliver scalable business outcomes.
  • Implement and govern security policies, including role-based access and sharing settings.
  • Configure and test AI-driven prompt templates and agent behaviors using CRM data and Apex.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of technical experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Experience with application integration tools like Workato, Zapier, or Mulesoft.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD processes.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or Administrator).
  • Experience with Sales enablement tools like Salesloft, Gong, or DealHub.
