Salesforce Tech Lead (AI): Leading the CRM team to define and execute the technical direction of Salesforce at with an accent on AI-powered automation, complex CRM migrations, and cross-platform integrations. Focus on architecting scalable solutions, driving engineering best practices, and mentoring a cross-functional team of developers and admins.
Location: Remote or hybrid in Barcelona or Warsaw. Must have legal right to work in the country of residence; no visa sponsorship available.

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional CRM team of developers, admins, and support staff.
- Design and oversee scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales and Service Clouds.
- Drive the adoption of AI-powered automation, including autonomous agents and prompt templates.
- Manage the bidirectional synchronization between Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Lead end-to-end CRM migration projects, including data mapping and zero-downtime cutovers.
- Collaborate with product managers to refine the Salesforce backlog and uphold delivery quality standards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Admin + Development).
- 2+ years in a technical or team lead role managing Admins and Developers.
- Proven experience with AI agents, prompt templates, and agent actions.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow Builder.
- Demonstrated track record of leading CRM migration projects.
- Must have legal right to work in the country of residence; no visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Salesforce AI Associate or AI Specialist certification.
- Experience with Einstein Bots or Agentforce.
- Background in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops.
- Knowledge of Data Cloud.
