What you will do

• Concept, capture, and produce high-quality organic social content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
• Lead food and lifestyle content creation, including recipe development support, food styling, product/tabletop photography, and short-form video production.
• Own the creative process end-to-end: art direction, composition, lighting, styling, shooting, editing, and final delivery.
• Develop social-first creative ideas with strategy and community management teams, translating cultural insights and audience behaviors into compelling content.
• Create multiple content formats (short-form video, motion graphics, photography, static assets, GIFs, and platform-native executions).
• Use GenAI tools to accelerate ideation, experimentation, and production workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience creating premium social-first content for brands, ideally in food, beverage, CPG, lifestyle, or culture-driven categories.
• Strong portfolio covering photography, videography, editing, design, and social storytelling.
• Proven experience creating visually compelling food content, including food styling and tabletop/product shooting.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, social trends, creator behaviors, and platform best practices.
• Ability to operate as a full-stack creator from concept to capture to final edit.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects), CapCut, and social creation tools; motion graphics/animation capabilities preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience leveraging GenAI tools (e.g., Pencil, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney) to enhance creative workflows.
