Salary: $112,500–$170,000

What you will do
- Ideate and execute social media strategy across all platforms.
- Serve as the primary in-office content lead, capturing video, photos, and interviews.
- Collaborate with creative and social agency partners to ensure brand alignment.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging social content.
- Monitor performance metrics and leverage data to optimize messaging and engagement.
- Support internal communications and executive brand storytelling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 5-10 years of social media experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Expert-level knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Strong AV direction and production capability.
- Ability to work onsite at the Campbell, CA headquarters.
- Excellent copywriting skills and ability to communicate technical concepts.
