• Moderate and engage with online communities during live shows to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with broadcasting, digital, and merchandising teams to align content with business goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in West London.
• Proven experience creating and monetizing social media content across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of video production using iPhone technology.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to drive engagement and sales performance.
• Ability to work a shift pattern that includes weekends.
