Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 yearly

What you will do

• Create and edit vertical video content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Gather, package, and publish local news, weather, and traffic content across websites and mobile apps.
• Write text articles and manage editorial index pages for timeliness and impact.
• Execute publishing workflows for video, images, and social media platforms.
• Monitor social media and mainstream sources for breaking news and story leads.
• Coordinate with marketing and on-air teams to drive audience engagement.

Requirements

• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to work in Needham, MA.
• Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in print, online, or television news.
• Demonstrated knowledge of AP Style writing and guidelines.
• Ability to work a 24/7 shift schedule, including weekends.

Nice to have

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
• On-camera experience.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Dalet, WildMoka, or Social Flow.
