What you will do

• Conceptualize, film, edit, and deliver end-to-end static and video assets in multiple formats.
• Appear on camera and speak authentically to audiences to drive organic engagement.
• Identify and leverage social and cultural trends to integrate brands into relevant conversations.
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategy, and account management teams to execute client briefs.
• Optimize content using native-to-social techniques (hooks, pacing, transitions) to meet KPIs.

Requirements

• Must reside in New York or Los Angeles.
• 2-4+ years of experience in the creative field.
• Strong portfolio of innovative digital and social media work.
• Proficiency in filming (iPhone, DSLR) and editing tools (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut).
• Expert knowledge of social media platforms, formats, and trending content.
• Skill in art/design tools like Adobe Suite and Canva.
