What you will do

• Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X.
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage of the team, clients, product launches, and events.
• Collaborate with founders to build authentic and engaging personal brands.
• Develop and maintain recurring content formats to highlight company culture and product.
• Experiment with new content ideas and iterate quickly based on performance and industry trends.

Requirements

• Strong skills in videography, editing, and storytelling.
• Proficiency with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Deep understanding of short-form video platforms and current trends.
• Ability to manage the content lifecycle from concept to publication independently.
• Must be based in San Francisco for full-time onsite work (5 days/week).
• Willingness to travel for content capture.
