Salary: $128,000 - $177,000

What you will do
- Lead the development and execution of a national strategy for expanding the organization's presence via new Chapters and Outposts.
- Design and oversee a data-informed market expansion framework to prioritize high-impact markets.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with national, regional, and local partners to support growth.
- Collaborate with the Development team to secure funding from corporate partners and foundations.
- Establish scalable systems, metrics, and reporting tools to track expansion progress and launch readiness.
- Manage and coach staff responsible for Chapter expansion and Outpost launch initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 7 years of industry experience, including 5 years in upper management.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale program or organizational expansion initiatives.
- Experience executing strategic growth plans within a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
- Must be based in the continental US.
- Ability to travel overnight several times per year for staff offsites and company events.

- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
- Experience with project management platforms.
- Experience working in a virtual/remote organization.
- Familiarity with the military community.
