What you will do

• Partner with executive and senior leadership on financial strategy, planning, and forecasting.
• Lead the development and presentation of Monthly and Quarterly Business Review (MBR/QBR) materials.
• Conduct complex financial modeling and high-profile cost-benefit analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare financial presentation materials for the Board of Directors and rating agencies.
• Oversee data integrity and ensure the quality of enterprise-level financial analysis and reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of financial analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or business consulting.
• Deep knowledge of insurance products, operations, and industry financial reporting trends.
• Proven ability to influence strategic decisions and present to executive leadership.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Plano, TX.
