Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 yearly

What you will do

• Plan and manage media across all channels and audiences for North American theme parks, including Universal Studios Hollywood.
• Lead agency teams and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage media budget details, including reconciliation and reporting to Finance and Leadership.
• Partner with analytics teams to utilize data and MMM outputs to inform media strategy.
• Serve as the Paid Media Subject Matter Expert (SME) in cross-functional teams and meetings.
• Drive strategy development and implementation, ensuring plans stay effective as the business evolves.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in media planning and/or buying (agency or brand side).
• In-depth understanding of the media marketplace across various platforms and types.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience partnering with analytics teams to resource data and insights.
• Must be able to work from the Universal City office at least 4 days a week.
