Salary: $100,000–$120,000 plus performance bonus.

is a large independent full-funnel marketing agency managing $4 billion in digital media, focused on uniting media and measurement to eliminate waste and scale growth.
What you will do
- Develop account strategies, audience insights, and media mix recommendations to achieve client business objectives.
- Lead the identification of media partners and platforms across OTT, Linear TV, Social, Search, and Digital Audio.
- Analyze demographic data and consumption trends to drive actionable full-funnel media recommendations.
- Collaborate with investment and analytics teams to ensure planning outputs align with measurement capabilities and performance attribution.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, delivering innovative, data-driven marketing solutions.
- Partner with the Strategic Planning lead to evaluate and roadmap enhancements for the agency's proprietary planning tool suite.
Requirements
- 5+ years of media buying, planning, and strategy experience in the US national market.
- Expert knowledge of planning and research platforms including Nielsen suite, Resonate, Comscore, and Kantar.
- Proven experience with cross-channel planning, including linear TV, streaming, and digital media.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills to communicate strategic direction to clients.
- Ability to travel to onsite meetings 1-2 times a month.
- Must be based in the United States.
