What you will do
- Own cross-channel investment strategy, including building an overall investment roadmap and defining platform/buying-method choices with Centers of Excellence and planning/audience teams.
- Lead budget investment and tactical recommendations while staying current on the evolving media landscape across channels.
- Serve as central investment representative across the OneMarketplace team, leading cross-channel investment POVs and client/marketplace communications.
- Drive investment activation: manage agenda/timeline/delivery, oversee workflow and day-to-day buying accountability, and lead RFP ideation, issuance, assessment, and negotiations.
- Steward buying operations (platform input, maintenance, budget tracking) and manage reporting & reconciliation including QA, actualization, and forecasting.
- Develop and negotiate enterprise partnership plans and commitments, including escalation and deal decision-making for significant proposals.
Requirements
- 12+ years of media experience with an emphasis on investment.
- Strong media foundation across all channels.
- Significant client-facing experience, including serving as primary point of contact for high-profile clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills to inspire and develop team members.
- Must have proximity to the NY office and work in a hybrid manner with an expectation of being in-office 2–3 days a week.
