What you will do
- Develop and execute full-funnel TVAD plans across CTV, OTT, online video, and programmatic display.
- Lead day-to-day client strategy, presenting growth-focused updates and QBRs.
- Design and implement incrementality tests, lift studies, and A/B testing to validate media performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Econometrics, Creative, and channel leads to amplify growth.
- Utilize proprietary Bliss Point insights to optimize budgets, inventory, and frequency strategies.
- Identify and remove sources of waste such as unmanaged frequency and low-quality inventory.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- 5–7 years of experience managing TV, video, audio, or display campaigns at scale.
- Strong technical proficiency with DSPs, ad platforms, and verification tools.
- Advanced data skills including Excel/Sheets and familiarity with SQL and GA4.
- Proven ability to connect media performance to business outcomes like CAC, LTV, and incremental reach.
- Excellent communication skills for client-ready storytelling and expectation setting.
Nice to have
- Experience in analytical roles such as finance or consulting with media exposure.
- Deep understanding of cross-channel media integration (Search, Social, Commerce).
- Experience with AI-driven optimization tools.
