What you will do

• Own integrated cross-channel media planning and strategy delivery, ensuring innovation and excellence across campaigns.
• Analyze online and offline media activation and campaign performance to improve planning decisions.
• Translate media theories and technology into clear explanations for clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Provide strategic leadership grounded in deep understanding of each client’s business and advertising needs.
• Manage and mentor team members, including reviews, feedback, performance issues, and fair work distribution.
• Support new business efforts and build relationships with clients, prospects, and partner agencies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in media planning.
• Experience in an integrated cross-channel media planning role.
• Ability to provide strategic leadership based on in-depth knowledge of clients’ businesses.
• Strong understanding of the evolving media landscape and how it impacts planning and performance.
• Team management experience, including mentoring and performance feedback.
• Ideal candidate is based in New York.
