TL;DR

Focus on driving mission outcomes, mitigating churn risks, and advocating for federal requirements within the product roadmap.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary post-sales relationship owner for federal customers, including the Intelligence Community, DoD, and DHS.
  • Coordinate customer engagements to ensure deliverables and key objectives are completed on schedule.
  • Drive onboarding, deployment, and ongoing adoption of hirify.global solutions to achieve customer mission objectives.
  • Capture and prioritize customer feedback to advocate for federal use cases with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Partner with Account Executives to support contract renewals, option year exercises, and expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and customer health assessments to proactively mitigate risks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Technical Account Management.
  • Proven experience supporting U.S. Federal Government customers (DoD, IC, DHS, or civilian agencies).
  • Technical background in cybersecurity, data science, machine learning, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Active Top Secret or TS eligible clearance strongly preferred.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support customer engagements.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling Customer Success at a Series A/B startup.
  • Knowledge of federal acquisition processes and contract vehicles.
  • Experience supporting customers specifically within the Intelligence Community.
  • Relevant certifications such as Security+, CISSP, PMP, ITIL, or CCSM.
