What you will do

• Partner with product, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to shape the future of hirify.global Mail subscriptions.
• Lead strategic analysis across the subscription funnel: acquisition, conversion, pricing, upgrades, adoption, retention, and churn.
• Design and run rigorous experimentation, including A/B testing and multivariate testing, to support faster decision-making.
• Produce clear, actionable insights from advanced analyses for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Apply statistical methods and predictive modeling to understand user behavior and improve growth strategy.

Requirements

• 6+ years of data science/product analytics experience (4+ years with a Ph.D.) in consumer internet, digital media, digital commerce, or product development.
• Strong expertise in SQL and Python.
• Experience with big data technologies such as BigQuery, Hive, Hadoop, and Spark.
• Hands-on experimentation experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing frameworks.
• Strong machine learning skills (e.g., clustering, neural networks, predictive modeling) and statistical techniques (correlation, regression, time series, experimentation design).
• Subject matter expertise in consumer internet products; experience in commerce/shopping is required.

• Experience with AI-driven products, data platforms, or analytics workflows.
