What you will do

• Define ambiguous business problems and translate them into measurable analytical strategies.
• Own and evolve scalable data models, pipelines, and core metrics for Sales and Membership Operations.
• Build and iterate on predictive models and analytical solutions to drive operational impact.
• Integrate AI and ML tools into production workflows to accelerate problem-solving.
• Partner cross-functionally to influence decision-making with data-driven insights.
• Design and implement experimental frameworks to optimize marketing and sales performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 7+ years of individual technical contributor experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and modern data ecosystems (Snowflake, dbt, Python, Looker).
• Experience building scalable, maintainable data pipelines.
• Proven ability to perform deep statistical analysis, predictive modeling, or experimental design.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or fintech domains.
• Familiarity with sales, marketing, or membership operations data.
• Experience incorporating ML or AI tools into operational workflows.
